Ingredients

Instructions
- Soak gelatin in water for 5 minutes.
- Blend pistachios until fine.
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Combine all ingredients, including raspberries.
- Pour mixture into dome molds.
- Chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Unmold and serve chilled.
