Ingredients

- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced olives
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, mozzarella, tomatoes, bell peppers, olives, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
