Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup vegan cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into a large circle on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
- Add vegan cheese and vegetables on top of the sauce.
- Fold the edges of the dough to create a ring shape.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
