Crispy polenta fries that are gluten-free and easy to make.
Ingredients

- 2 cups polenta
- 4 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Bring water and salt to a boil in a pot.
- Slowly whisk in the polenta until thickened.
- Stir in olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Spread the mixture in a baking dish and let it cool for an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the cooled polenta into fry shapes.
- Place fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the oven for best texture.
