Description
A refreshing and hearty pasta salad with poppy seed dressing and chicken.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup red grapes, halved
- 1/4 cup almonds, sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup poppy seed dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, celery, grapes, and almonds.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and poppy seed dressing.
- Pour dressing over pasta mixture and toss to combine.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- Can be made a day ahead.
- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
- Substitute yogurt for mayonnaise for a lighter option.
