Soft and fluffy poppy seed yeast rolls perfect for any meal.
Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tbsp poppy seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add sugar, salt, melted butter, and eggs. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Place in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough and shape into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
- Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- You can freeze the rolls for later use.
