A comforting and flavorful potsticker soup filled with savory dumplings and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 package of frozen potstickers (about 12–15 pieces)
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup bok choy, chopped
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine broth and water. Bring to a boil.
- Add potstickers and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Add bok choy, carrot, green onion, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Simmer for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy.

- Adjust the seasoning to taste.
- Feel free to add more vegetables like mushrooms or spinach.
