Ingredients

- 1 package of frozen potstickers
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups bok choy, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the chicken broth and water over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger, and cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the mushrooms and bok choy; cook until softened.
- Add the frozen potstickers and soy sauce; simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.

- You can use homemade potstickers if desired.
