Ingredients

- 1 package of potstickers
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped bok choy
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add mushrooms and bok choy, sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add potstickers and cook according to package instructions.
- Stir in soy sauce, ginger, and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of soy sauce for desired saltiness.
- You can add other vegetables like carrots or spinach.
