Description
A comforting and tasty potsticker soup filled with mushrooms and bok choy.
Ingredients

- 1 package potstickers
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups bok choy, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
- Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
- Add potstickers and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in bok choy and soy sauce, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
Notes
- Use fresh potstickers for best flavor.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- Add more vegetables if desired.
