Ingredients

  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
  4. Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add potstickers and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Stir in bok choy and soy sauce, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
