A delicious dessert combining the flavors of praline, crumb, caramel, and cheesecake in bar form.
Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can be served with extra caramel sauce.
