- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups pretzel crumbs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Dip each chicken breast in flour, then in egg mixture, and finally coat with pretzel crumbs.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- In a saucepan, mix cheddar cheese, mustard, and milk over low heat until melted and smooth.
- Serve the chicken topped with the mustard cheddar sauce.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Use more or less mustard based on preference.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
