- 12 Pretzel buns
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Onion, diced
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the diced onion until soft.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in BBQ sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Place the bottom halves of the pretzel buns on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the beef mixture onto the buns.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Cover with the top halves of the buns.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese melts.
