Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup diced chicken fillet
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Push the chicken and vegetables to one side of the pan.
  5. Pour in the beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked.
  6. Add cooked rice and soy sauce; mix well.
  7. Stir in green onions and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
