Ingredients

- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup cooked ground turkey

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Stir in tomato sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add cooked protein pasta and mix well.
- Top with Parmesan cheese and serve.
