Delicious pumpkin brownies perfect for fall.
Ingredients

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugars, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture.
- Pour batter into a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Best served warm with whipped cream.
- Can add chocolate chips for extra flavor.
