Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, whisk oil, sugar, pumpkin, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.

  6. Let cool completely before frosting.
  7. For frosting, beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.
  8. Frost cooled cupcakes and serve.
