  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, ricotta, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  4. Add cooked pasta and spinach to the pumpkin mixture and mix well.
