- 8 corn tortillas

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, onions, bell peppers, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
- Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish.
- Pour enchilada sauce over the tortillas.

- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
