- 6 slices of bread, cubed
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a muffin tin.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Add bread cubes to the mixture and stir until soaked.
- Fill muffin tin with the mixture.
- Drizzle maple syrup on top of each muffin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use any bread type you prefer.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
