Instructions

  1. Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in cooked noodles, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
