Ingredients

- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
Instructions
- Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in cooked noodles, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Mix in green onions and stir for 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
Notes
- Customize vegetables according to your preference.
- For extra protein, add tofu or chicken.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
