- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- French bread for serving
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, paprika, cayenne, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
- Stir in the green onions and lemon juice.
- Serve hot with French bread to soak up the sauce.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less cayenne pepper.
- Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor.
- This dish pairs well with rice or pasta.
