A delicious shrimp scampi dish inspired by Red Lobster.
Ingredients

- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 8 ounces linguine or spaghetti
Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in white wine and lemon juice, then bring to a simmer.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
- Stir in red pepper flakes, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the shrimp mixture.
- Serve immediately with extra parsley on top.
