Description
A delicious red velvet cake roll filled with cream cheese and Oreo cookies.

			- 1 cup all-purpose flour
 - 1/4 cup cocoa powder
 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 - 3 large eggs
 - 1 cup granulated sugar
 - 1/2 cup vegetable oil
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 1 tablespoon red food coloring
 - 1 cup cream cheese, softened
 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
 - 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
 - In another bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy.
 - Add oil, vanilla, and food coloring to the egg mixture.
 - Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
 - Spread the batter onto a lined baking sheet.
 - Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
 - Let it cool for a few minutes, then roll it with a towel.
 - In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
 - Add crushed Oreo cookies to the cream cheese mixture.
 - Unroll the cake and spread the filling evenly.
 - Roll the cake back up and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
