Description

A delicious Reese’s ice cream sundae cake layered with chocolate and peanut butter flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup crushed Reese’s cups
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions.
  2. Bake the cake in two round pans and let it cool completely.
  3. Once cooled, layer one cake on a serving plate.
  4. Spread a layer of peanut butter over the first cake layer.
  5. Add a layer of vanilla ice cream on top of the peanut butter.
  6. Sprinkle crushed Reese’s cups over the ice cream.
  7. Place the second cake layer on top.
  8. Spread whipped cream over the top layer.
  9. Drizzle chocolate syrup and peanut butter sauce on top.
  10. Chill the cake for at least 2 hours before serving.
