A delicious Reese’s ice cream sundae cake layered with chocolate and peanut butter flavors.
Ingredients

- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 3 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup crushed Reese’s cups
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/4 cup peanut butter sauce
Instructions
- Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions.
- Bake the cake in two round pans and let it cool completely.
- Once cooled, layer one cake on a serving plate.
- Spread a layer of peanut butter over the first cake layer.
- Add a layer of vanilla ice cream on top of the peanut butter.
- Sprinkle crushed Reese’s cups over the ice cream.
- Place the second cake layer on top.
- Spread whipped cream over the top layer.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup and peanut butter sauce on top.
- Chill the cake for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature peanut butter for easier spreading.
- Let the ice cream soften slightly for easier layering.
- Garnish with extra Reese’s cups if desired.
