A delicious and easy recipe for Reese’s peanut butter banana bread.

- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped Reese’s cups
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mash the bananas.
- Add peanut butter, sugars, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
- In another bowl, combine baking soda, salt, and flour.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the banana mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips and chopped Reese’s cups.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
- Use creamy or crunchy peanut butter based on preference.
