Description
A light and refreshing Greek yogurt jello fluff dessert.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 package sugar-free jello (any flavor)
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup fruit (optional)
Instructions
- Dissolve the jello in boiling water.
- Mix in the Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Allow to cool slightly.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently.
- Add fruit if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Serve cold.
Notes
- Use any flavor of jello you like.
- Can substitute regular yogurt for Greek yogurt.
- Add nuts or granola for extra texture.
