Instructions
- Take the ribeye steak out of the fridge and let it reach room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over high heat.
- Season the steak generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Add olive oil to the grill or skillet.
- Place the steak on the hot surface and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Add minced garlic and rosemary during the last minute of cooking.
- Remove the steak from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
