Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  3. Add rice, beans, tomatoes, cumin, chili powder, and vegetable broth.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
