Ingredients

  • Rice paper wrappers – 10 pieces

  • Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt – to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft.
  2. In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, green onions, cilantro, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt.
  3. Place a wrapper on a flat surface.
  4. Put a spoonful of filling in the center of the wrapper.
  5. Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly.
  6. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  7. Steam dumplings for about 10 minutes.
  8. Serve with dipping sauce.
