Description
Rice paper dumplings filled with vegetables and herbs.
Ingredients
- Rice paper wrappers – 10 pieces
- Shredded cabbage – 1 cup
- Carrots, grated – 1 cup
- Green onions, chopped – 1/2 cup
- Fresh cilantro – 1/4 cup
- Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil – 1 tablespoon
- Salt – to taste
Instructions
- Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft.
- In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, green onions, cilantro, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt.
- Place a wrapper on a flat surface.
- Put a spoonful of filling in the center of the wrapper.
- Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly.
- Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Steam dumplings for about 10 minutes.
- Serve with dipping sauce.

- Use fresh herbs for better flavor.
