A delicious and festive Ricotta Herb Christmas Bake.
Ingredients

- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup chopped fresh herbs (parsley, basil, thyme)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, Parmesan, herbs, eggs, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Fold in cherry tomatoes and olive oil.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and set.
Notes
- Serve warm as a side dish or appetizer.
- Can be made ahead and reheated.
