Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix garlic, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the leg of lamb.
  4. Place the lamb in a roasting pan.
  5. Roast for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
  6. Remove from oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
