Description

A creamy and flavorful dip made with roasted red peppers and chickpeas.


Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine chickpeas, roasted red peppers, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and cumin in a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add salt to taste and blend again.
  4. Serve with pita chips or vegetable sticks.
