Ingredients

- 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a blender, combine roasted red peppers, feta cheese, and cream cheese.
- Add olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and chill for 30 minutes.
