A rich and delicious Rocky Road Christmas Fudge perfect for the holiday season.
Ingredients

			- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or almonds)
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips over low heat with sweetened condensed milk.
- Stir until smooth and fully combined.
- Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract.
- Add mini marshmallows, chopped nuts, and dried cherries to the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Spread evenly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.

- Store fudge in an airtight container.
- Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
