Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 3/4 cups warm water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 10 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a cloth. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  6. Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet. Press your fingers into the dough to create dimples.
  7. Sprinkle chopped rosemary and sea salt on top.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let it cool before slicing.
