 - 1 cup biscuit mix
 
Instructions

 - In a bowl, combine sausage and cream cheese.
 - Add Rotel, cheddar cheese, and biscuit mix.
 - Mix until well combined.
 - Form into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
 - Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
