- 1 can (10 ounces) Rotel diced tomatoes
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the Rotel tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the cream cheese until melted and combined.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet.
- Mix in shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until the cheese is melted and everything is heated through.
- Serve warm.

- You can add cooked chicken or ground beef for extra protein.
- Adjust spice level by choosing mild or hot Rotel.
