- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, heat sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly until melted and golden brown.
- Add butter and stir until melted and combined.
- Slowly pour in heavy cream while stirring. Be careful, as the mixture will bubble.
- Remove from heat and stir in sea salt.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
