Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter

  • 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

Instructions

  5. Once firm, scoop out small balls and roll into truffles.
  6. Roll truffles in cocoa powder to coat.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
