Delicious cookies made with salted tahini and chocolate chips.
Ingredients

- 1 cup tahini
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix tahini, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture; stir until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- These cookies are best enjoyed fresh.
- Adjust salt to taste for a sweeter or saltier flavor.
