Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in the rice and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add chicken broth, diced tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover.
  6. Simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
  7. Fluff with a fork and serve hot.
