Ingredients

  • 1 pizza crust
  • 1 cup sausage gravy
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface.
  3. Place the crust on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  4. Spread the sausage gravy evenly over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Crack the eggs on top of the cheese.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the eggs are set.
  8. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
  9. Slice and serve hot.
