A delicious breakfast pizza topped with sausage gravy, cheese, and eggs.

- 1 pizza crust
- 1 cup sausage gravy
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface.
- Place the crust on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Spread the sausage gravy evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Crack the eggs on top of the cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the eggs are set.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
- Slice and serve hot.

- Use store-bought or homemade sausage gravy.
- Experiment with different cheeses if desired.
