Ingredients

- 2 cups Bisquick mix
- 1 pound sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the Bisquick, cooked sausage, and cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Grease a muffin tin and fill each cup with the batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Reheat in the microwave for best results.
