Ingredients

- 2 cups chicken fillet, diced
- 1 cup scallions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chicken, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken mixture to the pan and cook until chicken is no longer pink.
- Add scallions and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
- Adjust the soy sauce for less or more saltiness.
- Serve with steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
