Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Place scallops in the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove scallops and set aside.
- Pour in white wine and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add heavy cream and stir until combined.
- Return scallops to the pan and cook for an additional minute.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
