Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 2 cups seafood stock
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, sauté onions until translucent.
  3. Add potatoes, peas, and carrots; cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in mixed seafood, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well.
  6. Pour in seafood stock and milk; cook until thickened.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  8. Place biscuits on top of the filling.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
