Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Stir in crab meat and Italian seasoning.
  5. In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce.
  6. Layer 3 lasagna noodles over sauce.
  7. Spread half of the ricotta cheese, half of the seafood mixture, and a layer of mozzarella.
  8. Repeat layers and top with remaining noodles, marinara, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  10. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
