A delicious seafood lasagna featuring shrimp and crab.
Ingredients

- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound crab meat
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink. Stir in crab meat and Italian seasoning.
- In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles over sauce.
- Spread half of the ricotta cheese, half of the seafood mixture, and a layer of mozzarella.
- Repeat layers and top with remaining noodles, marinara, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Let the lasagna cool for 10 minutes before serving.
- Pair with garlic bread and salad.
- Adjust seafood quantities based on preference.
