- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup crab meat
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Add cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Fold in shrimp and crab meat.
- Add cooked macaroni to the cheese mixture, mixing well.
- Pour into a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
Notes
- You can use any seafood of your choice.
- For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
