Ingredients

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  5. Add cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  6. Fold in shrimp and crab meat.
  7. Add cooked macaroni to the cheese mixture, mixing well.
  8. Pour into a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.

Notes

  • You can use any seafood of your choice.
  • For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes.
  • Garnish with parsley before serving.
