Ingredients

  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, shrimp, crab, mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture.
  5. Spread half of the Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Place the stuffed shells in the dish and cover with the remaining Alfredo sauce.
  7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly.
